GENERAL CONDITIONS
RATES:
Miami Destinos has the right of making price adjustments as necessary if an error or discrepancy is detected. All of the rates contained in this promo apply only to individual reservations and are not available to be used in groups. Group rates will be quoted on a case-by-case basis and subject to availability and rates available at the hotel for the dates.
PLEASE NOTE THAT SOME HOTELS CONSIDERED 5 ROOMS OR MORE, OR 10 PEOPLE OR MORE ARRIVING TO THE SAME TIME AS A GROUP, THEREFORE QUOTES SHOULD BE DONE SEPARATELLY AND IN SOME CASES IT IS REQUIRED TO PAY GRATUITIES TO PORTERS.
IF YOU HAVE AN ORDER OF 5 ROOMS OR MORE, PLEASE TALK TO YOUR EXECUTIVE ABOUT GROUPS POLICIES.
PRICES OF THE PROGRAMS:
the packages include all specified, and are subject to changes without prior notice. Unused portions will not be refunded or offset by other services.
PRICE OF CHILDREN AND JUNIOR:
for effect of tickets to the attractions, children are considered 3-9 years and Juniors of 10-17 years. Any additional fee on discrepancies in ages and the type of chosen entries, shall be borne by the passenger. The prices of children / Juniors in the hotels are valid only when they are accompanied by an adult in the same room, case contrary the child / Junior will pay as adult.
ADMINISTRATIVE FEES:
Any reservation of 1 or 2 nights stay in a hotel, or 1 or 2 days of rental car chosen as a unique service, shall be subject to an administrative charge of $35.00 does not apply to passengers who have booked additional services.
METHOD OF PAYMENT:
Payment of the reservation should be made through Cheque in US dollars turned against a bank in the United States, or with traveler’s checks or bank transfer international credit card payments.
FINAL PAYMENT:
all booking must be paid in full before arrival. If services have not been paid, Destinos Miami Vacation reserves the right to cancel all services.
MODIFICATION OF RESERVATIONS:
once reservations have been confirmed, a free of charge change will be allowed. Any additional change before arrival shall be subject to an administrative fee of $25.00. If its requested from the 1st day of arrival the charge will be $80 to process the order, plus any additional hotel changes.
NOTE: A cancellation number will be provided for each reservation cancelled, in case of disputes, will provide refund or credit if applicable only to those who have a cancellation number.
CHARGES FOR TRANSFER RESERVATIONS ONLY:
Any reservation of trfs only, that is not accompanied by hotel reservation, will carry a charge of $ 50.
CHARGES FOR “NO SHOW”:
One night of hotel will be charged for each reserved room, or more if the hotel applies a different penalty, plus the arrival transfer according to service tariff prices. The remaining hotel nights plus other services will be canceled and the amount to be refunded will be analyzed according to the hotel policy.
PACKAGES WITH EXCURSIONS:
The days of visits to each Orlando park when you take a regular tour (Not Private), will be directed to your arrival in Orlando and during your stay depending on the full group. The passengers do not choose which day they go to each attraction but are assigned the guide taking into account several factors for the benefit of the group. Passengers who do not have an arrival transfer in Orlando and arrive on their own to be informed about the schedule of their excursions.
MUNICIPAL SERVICE IN CONDOS, SUITES, VILLAS AND HOUSES:
Most of this type of property does not include maid service (cleaning) daily. All provide accommodations, with clean towels and linens at the time of arrival. In addition it usually has laundry facilities inside the unit, or the complex. Daily cleaning service can be provided at an additional cost for each service and must be paid directly by the passenger.
RESPONSIBILITY:
Miami Destinos will not assume any responsibility for natural phenomena such as hurricanes, floods, fires, voluntary evacuations or mandates that are beyond our control. Therefore Miami Destinos reserves the right to evaluate each situation before authorizing any refund.
NOTE: After 60 days of the passengers’ arrival date, no type of claim or description will be accepted for the services provided! Miami Destinos acts as intermediary only to the suppliers mentioned in this manual (hotels, carriers, cruise companies, restaurants, attractions, etc.) and as such will not assume any responsibility for the services provided by such suppliers. In the event of any problems during the trip, Miami Destinos will try to assist passengers in all that is within their reach, to seek a satisfactory solution to those problems.
GENERAL INFORMATION
BAGGAGE:
Prices for arrival and departure transfers do NOT include gratuities at the airport, hotel or port for baggage handling. Tipping is optional (although customary) for individual passengers, but is not mandatory for Groups. Airport tips vary from place to place, and hotel rates vary by hotel category. In the transfers, 2 medium-sized suitcases per passenger are allowed. Extra luggage may require the hiring of another vehicle and must be paid as an extra cost.
VISAS:
Passengers who take cruises of one or more days, must have multiple tickets Visa to the United States.
ACCOMMODATION:
Most hotels have 1 King Bed or 2 Double Beds in each room. We call it “Family Plan” when 2 adl + 2 chd sleep on 2 double beds.
TIME OF ENTRY AND DEPARTURE OF HOTELS:
The check-in time of the hotels is between 3:00 and 4:00 pm, the check-out time is between 11:00 am and 12:00 pm Passengers who are arriving at first Hours of the morning and wish to guarantee their immediate entrance to the hotel must pay for the night before arrival; Or passengers who have late night flights departing after the departure time stipulated by the hotel, must pay an additional night. If you book a holiday product through our agents, we may need additional information from you. This information may include your name (and if different from the traveler) name, age, date of birth, sex, passport number, repair control number, email address, telephone number, credit card information, address Billing, itinerary and frequent flyer details. You can also choose to store personal information in your user account for future reservations. If you decide to register, we will collect your email address, and other information of preferences that you provide us. If you choose a third-party service, such as Facebook Sign In, Sign In or Sign In, you are allowing us to use and store account related information. If you make a reservation at Miami Destinos we will automatically create a “Travel” account for you and where we will collect your travel information to create and maintain your travel itineraries. This may include personal information that may be included in the confirmation emails that give us access. When you provide us with personal information, you are informing us that the information is true, accurate, complete and current. It also informs us that you are authorized to provide to us.
HOW WE COLLECT YOUR PERSONAL INFORMATION:
We collect your personal information directly from you. For example, when you provide us with your personal information by mail, what sapp, by telephone when you register. We also collect your personal information passively. For example, we collect information about you over time and through different websites when you visit this platform. MiamiDestinos / Facebook. If you subscribe to the synchronization of emails to our vacation service, you authorize us to access the emails in the email accounts you have connected to, periodically review these emails in order to Identify those who are booking confirmation we can import into our Holiday service, to analyze these emails and add the information we have collected including a copy of the email to your account.

INFORMATION ON LAND TRANSFERS INCLUDED IN MIAMI / ORLANDO COMBINED PROGRAMS
Transfers between Miami / Orlando and vice versa are made in buses that make this route daily. The departure times of each hotel vary depending on the location of the hotel. Because it is a regular line, they do NOT pick up passengers for private homes. In case a passenger is in any direction by which buses do not pass, they should approach the nearest hotel to take it. Passengers must be ready with their luggage at the entrance of the hotel and will be called by name at the arrival of the bus.
DEPARTURE TIMES FROM HOTELS IN MIAMI:
Miami Airport Area: 4:45 am.
Downtown Miami (city center): 5:15 a.m.
South Miami Beach (Collins Ave. between 5 to 50 Street): 5:45 am.
North Miami Beach (Collins Ave. between 5 to 187 Street): 6:20 am.
IMPORTANT: Depending on the times advertised above, it is important to note that direct transfers can not be provided from Miami Airport to Orlando using the shuttle service included in the combined programs. To quote a direct transfer to Orlando must take price of “Special Services.”
MINIMUM AGE REQUIREMENT FOR RENTING HOTEL ROOMS:
Legal Age of Majority It is virtually impossible to rent a hotel room in the United States if you are under 21, the legal age of majority in all states. The two basic reasons for this are liability and contract enforcement. Contracts signed by minors are not legally enforceable, putting the hotel at risk if underage patrons do not pay. Also, hotels do not want to take legal responsibility for minors. If something should happen to a minor during the stay, the hotel could be held liable.
Drinking Laws The drinking age in all states is 21, and most states have laws holding the establishment liable for serving alcohol to underage drinkers. Many hotels have mini-bars in each room or offer alcoholic beverages through room service. These establishments could be at risk if an underage renter decides to imbibe.
Hotel Policies Most states allow hotels to use discretion in setting minimum age requirements. Upscale hotels, particularly those located in known party destinations, may prefer to cater to an older, more sedate clientele. These hotels typically set a higher minimum age requirement, which may be 21 or even 25.
Alternative Lodging Although many hotels set minimum age requirements, certain alternative lodging establishments cater to a young adult crowd. Many youth hostels and guest houses have no minimum age requirement. Some college dorms rent rooms on a nightly basis when school is not in session. Some bed-and-breakfast locations allow younger renters, while others prefer older guests.
Special Considerations Some hotels are willing to relax their rules for guests with a major credit card. You might be able to negotiate a stay in exchange for a hefty, refundable security deposit. If you are under 21, you might be required to present notarized permission to travel signed by one or both parents. Call the hotel or other establishment before your trip and discuss your situation with a front desk agent.
RETURN POLICIES:
All cancellation requests must be informed by you in writing via e-mail to registro@miamidestinos.com mentioning your customer code, date of purchase of the package and reason for cancellation; and you must do it in a maximum of 30 days from the purchase. In case of exceeding the 30 continuous days specified in this description, you cannot request the cancellation of the vacation package. You, as the owner of a C4 Orion Enterprises LLC DBA Destinos Miami Vacation package, may transfer the vacation package by personal agreement with the person who will be the new owner of the package.
